The Corbin Park Subdivision is a unique development currently consisting of eleven lots designed and engineered to support eleven detached single family residences. 2. Second Phase of the Corbin Park Subdivision (St. Peters and Riverside Dr.)
This is an expansion of the Corbin Park community providing an additional eleven homes which doubles the projects size. We are currently in the pre-development and home design stages. These homes will have similar features starting at 2500 square feet. The price range is from $450,000 to $795,000.

Revolution Properties, LLC was formed in January 2006 By Mark Kalb and Logan Reynolds. As a new company, we have faced the challenges of the ever changing real estate market and the unique challenges of Re-Development in Cincinnatis urban neighborhoods. For example, we have created a new sub-division in the East End Neighborhood of Cincinnati known as The Corbin Park Sub-division. Prior to our ownership, this property was littered with trash, tires and abandoned vehicles. This site had the challenges of relocation of the current residents and removing the existing unsanitary and uninhabitable structures. We also faced the difficult task of replacing and expanding the poorly functioning infrastructure. We designed and Re-Developed the land to accommodate eleven detached single family dwellings. This was a major neighborhood improvement and we are currently marketing our project and showing a newly completed model home.

APPROACH
We plan to improve more communities in the neighborhoods of the Greater Cincinnati Area. We also hope to be a reputable and trusted company in the Remodeling Industry, creating more jobs and a positive social impact. We are in the planning and design processes of the second phase of The Corbin Park Subdivision. We have the development rights and the option to purchase the land for an additional eleven single family homes. This will double the size of the original eleven home project. Our current strategy for growth also includes increasing our marketing budget for development, Remodeling and Property Services.
